5 week study investigating the use of step counters (Free Fitbit)

September 8, 2018

Sitting too much? Are you interested in using a step counter to help you become more active? Take part in our research study (for people aged 40+). Study done by phone, e-mail and internet. Minimal time requirement!

Here is a little more detail:

The Boston Roybal Center for Active Lifestyle Interventions (RALI Boston) and researchers at Brandeis University are looking for individuals ages 40 and above to take part in a 5-week study investigating the use of step counters.

The RALI Boston Step Counting Study involves wearing a small portable step counter (Fitbit) to keep track of steps taken every day and communicating with our research team daily via text or email and once a week via telephone. It also involves filling out questionnaires during the study. In appreciation for your contributions to this project you will be able to keep the Fitbit after you complete the study.

Fill out the questionnaire below to see if you’re eligible!
