Effects of Cinnamon Spice on Postprandial Glucose and Insulin in Normal Weight and Obese Individuals with Pre-Diabetes

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effects of cinnamon spice on postprandial glucose and insulin responses in normal (normal glucose tolerance) or overweight/obese individuals with glucose intolerance.
