Meal Timing Study

Study Information:

The overall goal of this project is to determine whether the timing of your meals influences health. We are currently looking for healthy, non-smoking, men and women to participate in this study. You must regularly sleep at least 7-9 hours/night and regularly eat close to wake time. In addition, you must be willing to come to Columbia University Irving Medical Center once a week for two 6-week periods and undergo laboratory testing for 2 consecutive days, twice in each period where you will be staying over night. Compensation up to $1,875 will be provided.
